All the teachers of the school are quite competent. They have a long experience to lead the job. Some teachers are trained, some are training and some are at the point of taking training. Almost all the teachers are familiar with new methods’ of teaching some of them join to the teachers training workshop. The teachers of this school has a long tradition of encouraging pupils to discover their gifts and abilities in a happy environment. They regard the students as young adults and involve them in decision concerning their work and school life. Many find this environment essential to develop their potential.
